For Drivers

1. What types of driving work do you offer?
We supply Class 1 (C+E) and Class 2 (C) HGV drivers, as well as experienced drivers’ mates, for logistics and transport companies across London and the UK. Roles include trunking, multi-drop, and warehouse support — available on a full-time, part-time, or ad-hoc basis.

2. Do you offer long-term or permanent placements?
Yes, we provide temporary, ongoing, and permanent placements for both HGV drivers and drivers’ mates. Our aim is always to tailor fit a driver and client company to suit the needs of both parties.

3. What licences or qualifications do I need?
Drivers need a valid HGV Class 1 or 2 licence, CPC, and a digital tachograph card. Drivers’ mates should have delivery or warehouse experience.

4. How do I apply?

5. Do you offer CPC renewal or training?
We can direct drivers to approved CPC training providers and can offer renewal support.

6. When will I be paid?
All of our drivers and mates are paid weekly via PAYE only.

7. Can I work through my own limited company as an HGV driver or drivers’ mate?
No, we do not engage drivers or drivers’ mates operating through their own limited companies. All our drivers are paid either through PAYE or an approved payroll solution to ensure full compliance with UK employment and IR35 regulations.

8. Do you cover areas outside London?
Yes, we place drivers and mates nationwide, including the South East, Midlands, and North of England.

8. What staff can you supply?
We supply HGV Class 1 (C+E), Class 2 (C) drivers, and professional drivers’ mates for both short-term and long-term contracts.

9. How quickly can you provide staff?
We can supply vetted drivers or mates at short notice — sometimes same-day, depending on your requirements and your induction and onboarding processes.

10. Are your staff fully vetted and compliant?
Yes. We carry out licence checks, CPC/tachograph validation, right-to-work verification, drugs testing and references.

11. Can you cover night shifts, weekends, or busy seasons?
Yes — we provide flexible driver and mate cover for nights, weekends, holidays, and seasonal peaks. We are contactable 24/7 by phone for round the clock support.

12. What areas do you cover?
We serve logistics and transport companies across London and the UK.

13. What are your hire rates?
Rates are competitive and depend on job type, licence class, and shift.

14. Do you handle payroll and compliance?
Yes — we manage payroll, compliance, and documentation. Our payroll model is PAYE.
